"I've always received great service from Tammy and her team over the past many years. But this weekend the service went above and beyond my expectations. Saturday I went into the State Farm portal and added an additional interest and left a note that I was moving and needed to make changes to my policy. I did this so that my request would be in their queue first thing Monday morning and I could be assured to get what I needed by midweek. To my surprise Brenda responded to my request on Saturday, emailed back & forth to get all the needed information and by Sunday evening the changes were made to my policy and I had the Declaration page I needed to move forward. Very appreciative of Brenda taking ownership of my need over the weekend and completing it in such a quick and efficient manner."
